No, on booking your classes, you will get a downloadable link in your registered email id!
There is no specific requirement. However, we suggest having a minimum of 2 Mbps internet speed to attend the class hassle-free!
We provide recordings of the class, which you can access if you miss your classes. But in the case of Personalised Coaching, if you miss it without notice, we will not hold additional classes!
We are sorry to inform you; the classes will not be rescheduled.
Yes! An email will be sent to you for your Coaching Class registration confirmation. You will also get information on how to join the class along with it.
After 24 hours of the class, the recordings of the classes will be available!
You can access the uploaded recordings up to 15 days after the class date!
If you forget the Login Credentials, please mail us within 24 hours at info@theptecoaching.com
Online courses will be conducted via GoToMeeting and Zoom platforms.
No, there is no refund policy for Online course registration fees for any reason.
PTE Guru do not have a policy of cancellation. You can’t cancel it once you have registered or bought our products!
